Booking policy:

50 % deposit of total accommodation is required to secure booking.Remaining 50% required on arrival.

100% payment required for 1 night stay and bookings within 5 days of arrival.

Cancellations to be received in writing and on discretion of the owners.

Cancellations within 30 days prior to booked arrival date as well as  non arrivals, forfeit full deposit.

Cancellations 31 – 60 days forfeit 50% of deposit.

Cancellations 61 (or more) days forfeit 25% of deposit.
